Swimming Training

The IHP coaches have kindly arranged regular coached swimming sessions at a reduced rate for Tritons members. During the summer months the coaching takes place at the IHP (Map here), with 4 sessions being run each week. During the winter months alternative indoor swim sessions are available at South Island School and Sheung Wan, please check the training calendar for details.

 

 

 

Wednesday Night Track Running at IHP

Every Wednesday night* a track running session is held by a Triton's coach at the IHP running track (Map here)

The session starts at 7:15pm and runs to 8:30pm. The focus is usually on improving running technique, building strength, fitness and flexibility.

The session is normally well-attended by members with a wide range of running experience/ability, and the coaching caters to all levels.
